We are living in a data-driven world, and every year, we have more pieces of data to contend with, so I asked Nicole Schook, Associate Director of Operations, Technology & Marketing at Eagle Rock Properties, to share how they are centralizing their data to reduce incomplete or inaccurate information, and also discuss data in tangible terms we can all appreciate.  As an example, she shared how they use Rent Manager to tackle challenges with parking permits by setting up data structures, move-in and move-out wizards, and overall information strategies.  Not only can bad data create headaches, but it can also result in lost income as rentable items, like garages and storage units, are not accounted for.  Data can sometimes be a nebulous and intimidating topic, and I appreciate Nicole taking the time to share how they were taking on the challenge!
