Years ago my husband and I rented at a high end community, once he choose as he thought it would be safer for me when he was traveling. The PM developed an addiction and twice I came home to someone in my apartment claiming he worked in maintenance and accidently entered my apartment by mistake. On the second time, we broke our lease. Having had that experience, as a potential renter, I would absolutely LOVE knowing that my community was using a system like Traka! Buckingham Communities is absolutely a company that is thinking about putting the safety of their communities first! LOVE IT!
