A Train the Trainer community member asked the following question:
We use on-site employees as trainers. We carefully select and mentor SMEs to become Certified Trainers for the company. They are an extension of the Learning team. Now that we are almost fully back to in-person training, I have recently certified 21 new trainers. Part of their compensation is a bonus when facilitating a session.
My question is related to the bonus. I'm putting together some data points for our leadership in hopes to increase the bonus paid to these trainers. Would you be able to share (or connect me with other leaders) what other companies are paying for this type of training? I'm not looking for salary information, just any additional bonus paid to SMEs when leading a session.
