Recently received materials from a company that audits water, sewer, electoral billing for errors and recover refunds based on findings. The materials suggest that there is the possibility of recovering significant funds, which would be split 50/50 after recovery.
Anyone have experience / success with utility refund audits? Any caveats or recommendations?
