Need some help if available! Our payments processing button became grayed out on Saturday after the internet went down!! We use One Site through Real Page! We put a status of critical and Real Page declined it to a high! We can't take any credit card payments in the office and it's now been a week!! Any ideas of why or how to make the button un- grayed out??
