Does anyone have knowledge of any software or systems which centralizes purchases and gives better control on spending? Looking for those feedbacks, so I can compare and maybe even see what are the most and least common across the board. Any cost data associated would also be appreciated and ease of use.
I recently learned a little about "Ops" from Realpage. Seemed a bit high in price but the benefits might outweigh the cost for you. I can't remember the cost per door... You should look into it.
Thanks Michelle! I am trying to find something where you do not have to buy the software and it will be maintained for you. May be a system out there which is not as widely used as Realpage and YARDI. Property on a tight budget!
