The NSPIRE inspection is still pretty new to most people in affordable housing. If your property is subject to REAC inspections, you probably know that the new inspection standards are called NSPIRE. I was involved in REAC inspections for 25 years. Even after the old standards were in place for all those years they were a source of confusion, and being new, NSPIRE will create a lot of questions. It's new to everyone, myself included, but I've been studying it very closely, so I'm always happy to give you my opinion on issues that may be unclear.
