I am looking for a fun new leasing contest for November. I am trying to work in "Thanks", but I am having a difficult time. Anyone have any suggestions, ideas to share?

You could buy the winner a turkey that is the same weight as the amount of leases they got. So if they get 4, you would have to get a game hen. HA! But if they get 17-25 that works well! Maybe it can be a team event for a property.

Maybe not "Thanks" but Thankful. I am thankful for No-Kill shelters for animals, I am Thankful for having good Christmas's when I was a kid....So Who ever wins, you donate $ in their honor to the Charity of their Choice.
