Update: 3 months in the industry

Well it's been awhile since I posted. So I thought I would give an update. I just finished my 90 day period with my company. Waiting on my review still.

October as been my best month by far. I was able to sign 2 leases in 2 days at the begining of the month. I got a couple more towards the middle for a total of 4 leases for the month. It had been a real confidence booster for me as I was getting a little discuraged not being able to close prospects.

There will be good days and bad ones. Just do not let the bad ones over shadow the good days past and the ones to come. Remember when you get your people in, keep contact with them. Ensure they know you are there and it was not all about just getting them into a lease, but that they have someone who is there for them to make their lives easier.

Once people know you care, they will have no problems referring others to you specifically. Get to know the maintenance personnel and treat them good. They are very powerful in your being successful as well! Good luck in your adventure and look forward to hearing more from you!
