I'm working at a property that has undergone a rehab. New siding, new concrete, new fitness center, etc...
We have contractors on-site every day and it can be noisy and messy. But really exciting!!
Would any of you have suggestions for some cute slogans we could use in our marketing and on tours? We're planning on having hard hats in the office and displaying the designers drawings for the new items. But I'd like to have some banners made. Nothing online is very appealing and I am hoping you will all have some excellent ideas to help us out!
This is a college market, so the catchphrase can be informal and funny.
Thanks for your help!!

"If you don't come see me today, I can't save you any money" was a phrase used in a local car dealer commercial that became a big joke.

For the past 20 years, there's been another local one: "you have a FRIEND in the DIAMOND business" because there is a local jewelry store that uses that tag line. So other businesses sometimes use that one, inserting whatever they are advertising.

So, maybe a famous local slogan will make a funny and memorable impression!

When I was in real estate we always used:

"Muddy Boots Tour" or "Muddy Boots Opening"

"Hard Hat Tour"
