I'm working at a property that has undergone a rehab. New siding, new concrete, a fitness room, etc...
Each day, we have lots of contractors on-site and it gets messy and noisy.
We are going to hang hard hats in the Leasing Office and display the designer's plans to show the changes being made.
I'm not finding any banners that I like online, so I'd like to have some custom made.
Hoping that you all might have suggestions for some cute catchphrases we can use. Or any ideas we can use for leasing and marketing.
This is a college market, so the ideas can be informal, funny and off-the-wall.
