I desperately need two forms...

A Concession Addendum to lease

and

A Blank Market Survey Form
(basically the excel form to fill in your market survey info that you receive from comps.)

Can anyone help??? I'd be eternally grateful!!!

This site and Grace Hill have been very helpful to me over the years as places to seek and share advice and best practices...... A prior employer even required me to complete the training provided at Grace Hill.
