Lease in Church Name

I used to do these years ago. For the life of me, I cannot remember what type of lease this is called? Anyone know? The lease was in the church name who of course do not actually reside there. One of their parishioners does. Usually the parishioner is an illegal alien so does not have ss number so I used an IBN.

Some call these types of leases Company Lease; Corporate Suites Agreement; Corporate Lease, which means it is a third party assuming responsibility financially. Sometimes this is also referred to as seeking a Guarantor for the person who is not financially responsible for the lease monthly payment.
