What does a Service Coordinator do at your company? was created by Danielle

My company just created the position of Service Coordinator so they are going by trial and error with this. What do they typical handle and to what extent? What things could I ask for or look for to help them grow with this new move?

In the most general terms, the Service Coordinator (SC) helps connect residents to services.

You may also want to look at some SC job advertisements to get a feel for the scope of their responsibilities.
