Just curious pretty sure I know the correct answer, just want to be sure I am not nuts. :whistle:
Our ledgers show resident payments as everyone elses does. The key difference with mine is that they have dates of payment which reflect only the deposit date. What I mean is that the deposit date looks like the date the resident paid, but it is not the case. Does this ever work to take the time to input each payment but instead of the received date such as postmark date or date it was handed in....has the date the company deposited it showing as date received. :
