Objections and how to overcome them

This is my first discussion! I started in the property management industry about 7 years ago and LOVE it. I wanted to talk about objections and see some different responses and I thought I'd share some of my own

Some common ones I hear

Prospect: W/D in the bedroom, I don't know about that
Me: Just think it's super convenient, you can throw clothes in when your done wearing, no need for a basket!
Prospect: What if I want to do laundry at night?
Me: Are you a light sleeper? Also if you leave them in the washer overnight they may get wrinkled.

Prospect: This is a small bedroom.
Me: What size furniture are you bringing, awesome that can go here etc. Also look at all the living room space you have, how much time do you really spend in your bedroom?

I have never heard of a w/d in a bedroom very strange indeed

It's pretty common now in new construction, and that's an objection I see sometimes but again it can be super convenient transfer clothes from the dryer directly to the closet/dresser so wrinkle free. :cheer:
