What would happen if someone were to post under Craigslist Apartments/Housing category information about fair housing, local eviction laws, etc?

Has anyone tried it? I think it would be a great place to inform local people looking for housing about what to expect when they ask questions like "Do any children live here?" I get that one a lot.

Or, what the different between a Pet Fee and Pet Deposit is and that not everyone charges Pet Rent.

Satellite dishes are popular in our area, too. Letting tenants know that landlords don't have to let them install them anywhere they want to might be beneficial.

What do you think?

If you post it under Housing for Rent, it will probably get flagged as spam. I would recommend posting it under their community section, starting an actual blog, and perhaps posting it on your property website or Facebook (with corporate office's blessing, of course).
