This year my management company is looking to have all vendors sign a contract that we use for the turnover season with our student housing. We have one complex of 45 units and then all of our other properties are 12 units or less with majority being multi-unit houses.
does anyone have some contracts or have ideas that we could go off of?
Rebekah, I do not know the kinds of contracts you have, but I would try to get them under one umbrella where you turn it over to one contractor and they handle everything, so when the keys come back to you the apartments are ready to occupy. Now, it may not be possible for all and there are a lot of nay sayers, but I have done it before.
