During a construction rebrand or refresh what do you find the most helpful to get prospects through the door? With the construction I know the Leasing Center can seem a little messy. Any ideas?
I think even during construction the leasing area (in my opinion) is non negotiable when it comes to it being in order. That old addage of first impression, lasting impression is still alive and well! The qquestion of what is most helpful on getting prospects through the door is knowing your location and what you may be offering that the competition does not. Knowing the demographics of your clients and what the typical hot bottons will be that hit the appeal and I need this buttons!
