Helpful Tips to decrease delinquency figures was created by Tia Dickerson

I currently am the assistant manager on a C property. I need some helpful ideas to get these people to pay their rent. I have tried notices and calls, knocking on doors and calling them at work in order to get them on the phone. IF you have any ideas that you have tried please let me know. Thanks
