Does your property distribute a hard copy newsletter to residents or do you have electronic newsletters (or both - or neither?)? For hard copy newsletters, what company do you go through?

Thanks!

Our property is blended with Section 8 and Tax Credit residents. Many of them do not have access to email and thus our monthly newsletter is hard copy. The newsletter is home-based and not outsourced to a third-party company to minimize cost. With all the resources for formatting available via a simple Google search, we found it most cost effective.

Hard copy done through Publisher. I've done my own for 10 years.

We create a hard copy of our news letter every month. The company's name is Illustratus.
