I have been looking for an affordable large 2 bedroom apartment with a separate dining room. A washer dryer hook up, a parking space, and a deck if possible . I also need extra storage space outside of the unit. I have a cat that is harmless. I need approximately 1200 square feet of space. Most importantly is a landlord who maintains his property or who has someone who does. N ot one who does not fox anything. I am looking in the metrowest area of Ma. If I could rent 1 of a 2 family house that would also be great.
