Collection Fees Added to Past Due Balance was created by Jaren Sutton

We add a 25% collection fee to any balance turned over to collections, which is agreed upon in their rental agreement.

Has anyone found these to be enforceable or unenforceable?

It is forbidden by our collection agency. They will not accept any accounts if we add a collection fee.
