We are considering using Lead2Lease (RealPage product) on an upcoming lease up. Would you recommend Lead2Lease? Why or Why not?
With new construction, as we start up the lease up, there is no money coming in yet, so therefore minimal marketing ads/sources. Would Lead2Lease still make sense?
I am trying to get some user stories here, as often we incorporate a module/product and then find it does not work as well as the sellers advertise.
We are considering pairing it with RealPage's contact center. Any user stories on this product would be great as well.
if there is anyone in the metro Atlanta area using one or both of these products on their property and would allow me to visit with them onsite for a 'product tour' I would be happy to present you with a Starbucks or Dunkin' gift card!
Thank you in advance! feel free to private message if that works better. These products are a large expense to acquire, train and implement. Any insight is appreciated~!
I have used Lead2LEase for over a year now and my opinion is that it is cumbersome and non-intuitive....My teams do not enjoy using the program either.

I hope it's not in poor taste, but since small/family owned is why we got started I wanted to share a link to Rentbot's newly renovated website (
www.rentbot.co/
). Check out our services and clear pricing - we'd love to help!
Nope. It is not what they promised it to be. I am about the same size company as you...2000 units. While I do think it has improved our follow up, it doesn't sync right, you can't always quote through it and it is not easy to learn and clunky. I am not sure about the other ones out there, but I'm not overjoyed with this one.
Lead2Lease does not integrate well with other systems and creates double work for the leasing team. I would consider Knock if you have any input into the matter!
Hi Jaren, I would agree with Julie on Knock, I'm not sure who your sales rep would be, but, Shane could direct you. Also, all those leads, especially on a lease up are hard to keep contact with. You might want to speak with Malinda Wheeler over at TouchPoint to see how inexpensive critical follow up would be.
Hi Jane McKenna-Callahan, I agree with Michael. Knock has a great CRM and other bells and whistles you will love. At TouchPoint365.com, we are live agents that help you with nurturing these leads until they lease. Lease ups are particularly difficult since the traffic is high and you only have so much staff with other daily responsibilities. Message me your email address and I will send you some information.
I use Realpage's Call center(Levelone) and have a great nothing but great things to say on the call center. They answer the phones and do a great job of getting data. It does show me how bad my leasing staff is on outside activity, which is good and bad. good that I can see it, bad that it is happening.
Take a look at Yard's Rent Cafe CRM solution! Rent Cafe CRM is our front end solution that is built right into the Yardi Ecosystem so no additional login credentials and its supports the entire lifecycle from prospect, applicant, resident and past resident so your leasing agents, assistant managers & managers are able to complete the daily activities without logging into Yardi Core. Paired with our Call Automation and Connect services; your teams will be able to Text with prospects and residents and it is tablet friendly. Let me know if you are interested in a demo. Visit Www,yardi.com for more information.
We’re finding that it doesn’t sync well with real page. So once you use lead2lease you start to all but ignore the prospect page in one site. However, by using lead2lease you can track emails and follow the chain of correspondence (which I still am boggled why one site can’t do)
Side note: we spend a lot of $ prior to opening on marketing. It has worked well for us and we are able to pin point very quickly our lead sources. Having huge presence early also helps us in placement and seo
