Hello Multifamily World!
I would love any suggestions on marketing ideas for a luxury high rise lease up in Chicago, IL. All the major marketing and PR items are covered by a PR company such as website, online presence, social media and such. We also have a preferred employer program in place and are attempting to develop relationships with them regularly. I am interested in other out of the box ideas. Any assistance would be appreciated!
