I AM TRYING TO WRITE A NOTICE THAT LETS RESIDENTS KNOW THEIR LEASE HAS EXPIRED, IF THEY DON'T COME IN TO RENEW THEY WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE RENEWED AT OUR MONTH TO MONTH FEE....ANY IDEAS ON HOW TO START THIS NOTICE???

Just to be clear, it is already in the lease that they will go month-to-month, correct? So what you are trying to do is avoid this and get them on a new lease? Do you have a "draft" we can work with and give feedback on?
