We have one community that backs up to woods and water. We do pest control outside around buildings once a month but tenants constantly complain about spiders and bugs. No infestations just the occasional bug because of our climate. We also get complaints about an occasional snake after the landscapers have cut the property. We're in Savannah Georgia and have a law that prevents us from killing non-venomous snakes.
We've explained that if they need additional pest control, it's their responsibility but of course we have the dramatic parents that say they will sue us if their child gets bitten by a bug.
