Docusign. It is really helpful when I have an international student apply and they are still at home and not in the US yet.

I scan in all documents and email or fax. Then have them complete originals when they come to move in.

We do Docusign even if they are local. It is a great tool.

If we can use the NAA/Buemoon lease then we use the electronic signature options which works great! We use Blueink for our Smart documents and staff paperwork and it's great and more affordable than Adobe Echosign.
