I want to get the opinion of others here. We have a large clubroom with a kitchen and gorgeous skyline views which is quite popular with the residents and there are frequent requests to reserve the space.
Do you allow your clubroom or common areas to be rented out? I am torn, while I understand it is an easy way to earn ancillary income, I feel that losing access to the space reguarly may take away from the experience of others and affect resident retention in the long run. Has anyone else run into an issue where other residents are frustrated with not having access to common areas and if so, what was your solution?
