I'm looking to get more detailed feedback on units/pricing/the building during tours. What has been the most helpful feedback for you and what do you do with it (from renters who rent and who don't rent)?

Janine, I'm not quite getting what you are asking for. Are you asking for what the prospects are saying during their tour? And what feedback made an impact on future tours or something?

Hi Brent,

Thanks for the reply! That's right - feedback from prospects during their tour. Does your team collect feedback or any thoughts prospects who are visiting share and if so, do you discuss it as a team or with ownership? We would like to know more about what prospects share on their tours and are thinking about the best way to discuss or make use of it as a team.

Thanks!

I think that is a wonderful idea - I don't work on-site anymore, but let me share this with the group!

This should be recorded on the Guest Card or on the electronic Guest Card in the Notes section, and absolutely, yes, this should be discussed with the entire team, including Maintenance. Even non-verbal cues should be listed, such as, "Prospects wrinkled their noses upon entering the unit shown." You can imagine how the why of this would be very important! It would give you some ideas, too, of why a particular unit is not renting, for example.
