Great question. With referrals I don't think it's all about the money, but mostly about asking your residents to refer! Not sure the current stats, but a couple of years ago Satisfacts published results of a resident survey indicating 61% of our residents would be willing to give a positive review but only 16% indicated they were asked. I think the same goes for asking our residents to refer. Do you ask them to bring their friends, choose their neighbors, tell their coworkers?
That said, my team does a great job sending kudos to their residents at work, including SHARABLE FOOD! Maybe it's to the Resident of the Month or week, or a birthday acknowledgement, or a basket of goodies BECAUSE. Coworkers then get a "taste" of our Community!
