Greetings, I have a diabetic service dog and I have an opportunity to live in a great apartment. I provided proper paperwork but the coop board of the building told the owner they would charge her $300 additional monthly maintenance fees. They aren't providing a dog potty area on any extra accommodation for him. He is only 10 pounds and I want to know if this is legal. The apartment is in Yonkers N.Y.
