Oh I had a tenant once that was reporting a rodent issue and was referencing the movie Willard. We communicated the entire way through the issue this way. Loved him!!!

I think I would not only fix the microwave but also buy them a gift card to a family friendly restaurant for making me laugh! These are good guys we all wish we had a million of living in our communities.
