I totally agree. Sometimes I'd bring the girls a dozen beautiful flowers/roses. I'd get the guys a gift card. Every birthday for all my employees I'd get a cake and gift cards or a free day off they liked that. We were a TEAM it makes a big difference.
If any of my office staff treated them like they were beneath them I got that shit straightened out real quick.

One call today. Resident. Toilet will not flush. There is no electric wire going to the toilet. Can u please send maint to install electricity back to the toilet so i can flush.
