Amen! I had a woman tell me she didn’t have hot water for 6 years ( she lived there for 2 and I was there the whole time) and she wanted new carpet for the inconvenience

It helps add that smoked flavor!

This is more than a multifamily issue. A few years ago several college kids died when their left over grill started a deck fire.

Hey the issue is the railing and roof got in the way. It’s their fault, not the fire!

Oh … that’s them . I’ll be more careful .

Grilling in apartment complex is the devil!!!

My husband is a firefighter and has responded to many fires caused by BBQs. But what most people don't understand is smoke from BBQs can be deadly. He has responded to 2 calls where an infant has died due to smoke inhalation. Smoke came through an open window above caused by a BBQ on a deck.
I placed a pic similar to this one on our building's outgoing door after having issues with people not understanding the dangers of BBQs on their decks. It worked!
The other thing people don't think about is, you put firefighter's lives in danger because of your stupidity!
