When Marketing a townhouse rental unit, what is the standard way to market the size of the unit? Is the gross floor area used ( which includes area to the center of demising walls and to the exterior of exterior walls)? or is Net floor area used (which includes to the interior of the demising walls and the interior of the exterior walls)???
I look forward to hearing other people's response. We are currently having the same debate in our office. Our marketing director has always said paint to paint. However, our upper management is saying it should be BOMA standards.
