I would totally capitalize on this. Think TiKTok or social videos showing you guys moving the Wow fridge because the apartment just got rented. The goodies are in a wagon. Maybe the Capri Suns are sad to be relocated but end up loving their new apartment??? All I see are opportunities!

Highly doubt those words were used by anyone other than a prospect who was in a rush to rent the model unit, had his checkbook ready and was extremely hungry for junk food. The wow fridge is part making a great impression and presenting the property well. Half the competitors make prospects feel like they’re burdening them with a tour. An agent that jumps up and is excited to meet you, builds rapport and present well on tour has a huge advantage. Offering that bottle of water and granola bar only helps the process!
If you can, beer from local breweries is a good idea.
Otherwise I always like the idea of glass bottled items. It gives you the opportunity to “serve” them by opening it. Invites conversation & creates a memory.
