I need some insight. I am currently doing monthly training via a PowerPoint presentation at a hotel and would like to now include out of state properties. I would like for the out of state attendees to be able to not only see the presentations but, be free to ask questions and possibly see the 40 people who are currently present. Does anyone know how I could accomplish this?

oovoo.com works great. Also try GoToMeeting. Both let you video screen desktop and record interactive video for future training.
