I love the design it looks wonderful. Has the contractor listed the spaces available for sale or rental i will be there in no time if there space.

I agree - this is a cool building. I would like to know more about the building's energy efficiency and any green building attributes. I wonder if they plan to have a family pool and a singles pool? It would also be interesting to know what they were doing with parking.

Very interesting and unique multi-family development! I would
have loved to have been the Landscape Architect on this one.
The swimming pools located on top of the buildings would have been challenging...Structural Engineers would definitely be needed
here. The courtyard - open space in the center of the complex would need to be very well designed...could create opportunities
to charge higher rent rates for the view. My guess is, most of
the parking is in an underground garage structure. I really like
the idea of the roof top gardens/plantings. In looking at the
configuration of the building, I'm betting many of the floor plans are not "typical" either.
