True story, had a prospect get denied because she owed previous community and owed power company tell me she was going to get her lawyer involved because we was discriminating against her, like mam you don’t have a good track record of paying your bills but you can afford to pay your lawyer

There are hundreds of attorneys who will represent residents for free and nail the PM company to the wall with a judgment for attorney's fees. Never assume your resident needs one dime to hire an attorney. I know attorneys who routinely get judgments against PM companies in Florida for amounts ranging from $2000 to $20,000 all day long. Some attorneys in Florida send solicitation letters to every resident under eviction in their county.

And Unit. I was watching a show on HGTV the other day and the realtor kept saying Unit and I wanted to DIE! People live in a home, not a unit!

I agree with landlord and tenants! The other 2 that drive me nuts are “complex” and “work order”. It’s COMMUNITY and SERVICE REQUEST!!
