Have them work next to a different employee each day to understand what they do and learn HIGH’s & LOW’s, it helps working cohesively

Set aside time for them to complete compliance courses and other required training. Have them shadow a peer for a few days to learn aspects of the job. It may be hard to do but it will set them up for success early on.

Take the new hire to lunch on day or week one. Have a goodie bag ready for them on first day.Online training courses are priority the first week. My new hires do nothing but complete all their assigned courses first. We stay current in our training as a team, the new hires have the tools they need to successfully hit the ground running.
