I had a new resident call the office to complain that AT&T was on property to set up her cable. The resident was upset that she didn't have a connection in the living room. I assured her that every residence has a connection. I even told her where the connection was located. She continued to argue with me. I walked to her apartment since AT&T was there and pointed out that it was behind the art that she had just hung over it that morning when she was moving in. Of course, her first comment when I arrived at her front door was: Oh, this is my sister's cat and dog, they don't live here...
No problem at all. Just remember you agreed to pay $175/day for each animal you have on the property? You or your sister are welcome to pay for them but you are responsible for the charges you previously agreed to pay.
Belinda Clary Morgan “but they were only here for 5 minutes”, “well just think of it this way. At that rate it is $2100/hour, the good news is that I know it is worth it to you or you never would have brought them on the property.”
