I wanted to see if anyone has a solution for leasing consultants to be able to text prospects from onesite. We are looking into knock but I didn’t know if there are any other programs.

ThatKey is the best IMO. Best alerting, integrates well, allows you to organize contacts and send out mass text with ease. We have Knock & ThatKey & I like to use ThatKey better for texting purposes.

Lead2Lease is a RealPage software and also ILM. Both are lead management products that offer texting.

Onsite itself does it in the contact application. They just bc themselves as well so they can print it. I apologize that is emails.

We have Entrata and we are going to integrate Key Texting cause Entratas text feature is awful and lacking.

Danielle Every how? I'm guessing it's an add on but if maintenance can text from the facilitaties app it would be life changing.

Shawn James Haussler I believe it probably is an add-on, I don’t deal with that end of it. But we got the texting feature back during Covid and it’s amazing!

Danielle Every thanks I'll ask about it. We use knock for us in the office but so many people want us to text when maintenance is the way for work orders and it's a major time killer to have to trek back to the office between each wo

Shawn James Haussler active building was a nice add for onesite. You can make templates for events and activities like snow removal and water interruptions. Maintenance can use it from their phones with the app. It archives everything.

Textbox is awesome and I use Knock. We text with textbox instead. Super inexpensive and no contract. Contacts import from onesite.

James Etherington textbox is an opt out program, not opt in, residents can text the office number, we have a 250 character limit instead of 150, and we can text individual residents, entire property, or by building. I’m sure I can think of other reasons. But those are a few. Knock is a fantastic CRM and I’m glad I have it. It’s just not my fav for texting.

We use active building through Onesite. This allows you to send emails or texts.

Relate 24/7 is a realpage product and has unlimited text and emails for like 55 per month. They also have custom automatic email drip campaigns! We use knock too
