We have Flex for our community! The residents that have signed up for it love it! The only downfall is when they don’t qualify and they really could have benefited from it.
I am interested in knowing what wouldnt qualify your residents?
I am aware that if there is an existing balance on the account that must be cleared first , and also if they owe flex monies that must be pd first. Are there other specfic reasons?
I like to have as much information to pass along to my residents as I could.

There have been a few threads on it here over the years if you do a search. It’s great when it works. When it doesn’t work, it can be difficult to get ahold of their customer service.
