You have to have a discussion with them or get in contact with a supervisor. Most of them adjust after you correct it. Or don't allow them to drop off since it's not in the designated area for packages.
If you find boxes outside of the luxer contact Amazon with the tracking number and you can file a complaint on the driver and it starts to magically fix it self once you contact them a few times
It’s gotten worse since management came! We just tell them to report they didn’t get it since they aren’t delivering it right. We’ve reported too many times without resolution. Called, sent pics, tracking numbers, provided instructions, still the same crap.
Collect the misplaced boxes then contact Amazon business and report each driver. Their name correlates to each package they deliver bc they have to report the delivery. Hold them accountable
Do you have the lockers? We got signed up for them at two of my properties & I love them! The tech is cool because there isn't even a key pad on it or anything. The door opens by Bluetooth (or however you spell it) when the resident goes to pick them up.
Not much you can do about the Amazon driver I would think, but you can push the lockers on your residents and tell them "Hey, we really need you to utilize this amenity to keep crime and litter down in our neighborhood"... and if they refuse, give them a lease violation.
