There have been a lot of talk about Mystery shopping apartment communities recently, and I wrote a blog about
mystery shopping from the leasing consultant's point of view
. And one thing that was a theme in the blog/comments was the idea of actually leasing to a mystery shopper! In other words, the shopper was so impressed that he/she actually leased at the community. Interestingly,
Sherle Brown
mentioned that this had actually happened a couple of times within her company, so it got me thinking, mystery shopping companies should create a "Hall of Fame" on their website! If this has happened, then that leasing agent should be recognized as an elite of the elite salesperson! I would love to go to a mystery shopping company's website and see a hall of fame, where it shared the impressive short list of those who somehow managed this accomplishment.
"Thank you."
I find this article very interesting. I have a site that offers a list of Mystery Shopping companies and often do I get comments asking for tips on how to be a better mystery shopper. I would love to refer them to this page, if you don't mind. They will find this very useful.
Thank you again, J.T.

This is the first time I am seeing this. Would the companies put the real names of the shoppers into the hall of fame? If so where is the mystery? I do not know what other mystery shopping companies do. I use my best shoppers a lot; pay them well and rapidly. This seems to
be their hall of fame...
