Peter Katz is the President of Denver Residential Services providing property and HOA management, project management and real estate consulting services. He has a Masters in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver, is a CCIM and a LEED AP. Peter has extensive construction and development experience and brings a unique understanding of facilities and operations to his property management assignments.
