Do you have a lot of children with families in your apartment community? Pick a day to organize a craft party. Set up stations with different, simple holiday crafts, such as greeting card creating, cookie decorating, and ornament making, and let the creativity flow! It’s as simple as setting out a collection bin in the leasing office, getting the word out to your residents through flyers, signage and emails, and arranging to drop off the items to your chosen charity. The benefiting organization will appreciate the support, and your residents will enjoy the good feeling that come from helping those in need.
