Are You Settling for Mediocrity?

Are You Settling for Mediocrity?

Are You Settling for Mediocrity?

As we move into "Budget Season" for the 2021 Property Management Budgets, I want to ask you all this question:

"Are you settling for mediocrity"?

The reason I ask is, I hear from a lot of clients that they "just aren't interested in making a change at the present time".  Which, for all intents and purposes is a solid response, but...if they DID opt for a change at the present time, would it reap them more benefits than the Status Quo?

There are a lot of reasons to put off change:

  • Don't have staff resources to manage a change at my company
  • I, personally, don't have the time to manage a change at my company
  • Why upset the apple cart, our people are doing fine with what we have
  • We have already had XX number of changes this year, enough is enough

While these are all really great reasons, I want to challenge you to think differently.

Change can be difficult, but with change comes opportunity.

The opportunity to BE more...the opportunity to MAKE more...the opportunity to help your TEAM be and/or make more.

Someone once told me, "Luck is when OPPORTUNITY meets PREPARATION"...so, as you're preparing for 2021, I want to encourage you to want MORE for you, your team, your company in the coming year.

Many of your supplier partners are ready and willing (not to mention able) to help you make a change, all while doing the heavy lifting for you.  We have resources and tools at our disposal that you may not, and we are ready to leverage those to make YOU the best YOU you can be.

So, as suppliers reach out to you for opportunities in 2021, don't limit yourself with those "reasons to put off change", instead, hear what we have to say, hear how we think our solution will bring value to you, your teams, your shareholders, and your customers, and think about what NOT settling for mediocrity might end up doing for your organization.

Thanks for your time, and I hope you have an AMAZING 2021 that goes above and beyond mediocrity.
