Or how inconvenient would it be to cook in your new kitchen with the garbage disposal clanking around bc a screw was not taken out of it during the turn 🤨
The point is, the sale is not over after they sign that lease.
I'd say it's not even over when they pick up their keys.
I like to give in 24 hours.
If I don't hear anything, that is when I will pour myself a double and celebrate with Astro.
Don't neglect your duties because you think you can.

What if this resident has a group of coworkers who also need a place to live to?
